Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will not be applied for any reservations that cannot be confirmed.

However, once your reservation is confirmed (i.e., the voucher has been sent to the email provided at the time your reservation requested), the cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation charges will be incurred depending on the time notification received.

If you cancel your reservation more than seven (7) days before your check-in date, NOT including Saturday, Sunday, and local National holidays, you will be charged USD $15.00 (booking handling and administration fees) plus a bank credit card charge of 3.5% of the total amount charged.

If you cancel your reservation between five (5) and seven (7) days before your check-in date, NOT including Saturday, Sunday, and local National holidays, you will be charged one (1) night room charge per room if more than one (1) rooms were booked plus a banking credit card charge of 3.5% of the total amount charged.

If your reservation was for only one (1) night, then the full amount will be charged.

Please pay special attention to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation less than FIVE (5) working days before your check-in date, NOT including Saturday, Sunday, and local National holidays, NO REFUND will be granted.

Caution: Please be informed that any policies dictated by the hotel will always overule those stated here.

We will NOT accept cancellation notice unless it is submitted by one of the following methods:

- By facsimile to 0662-235-3306 (please include your Booking Reference No.)

No Show

If you fail to show up at the hotel on the check-in date, you will be charged the full booking amount. NO REFUND will be granted.

Amendment

Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new total reservation amount is lower.
Reduction of room nights - Same charges as stipulated under above Amendment

Special Notes

Your cancellation will be confirmed back to you by email from our agents.

However, if you have not received any confirmation of your cancellation request within 48 hours after your submission, this presumes that we have not receive your cancellation request; therefore, you must resubmit the cancellation again.

Nontheleess, if we do not receive any cancellation notification, you will not be granted any refund.

Special Remark during Fair, Exhibition, High Season. Hotels may apply strict conditions on cancelling or modifying your reservation.

You will be advised upon receiving your confirmation voucher. During peak season, you are liable for charges according to the policies instructed by the hotels in case of modifications or cancellations.

To ensure any cancellations are handled swiftly, we will only accept the cancellation notifications in WRITING.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by one of the following methods:

- By facsimile to 0662-235-3306 (please include your Booking Reference No.)

Your refund on your credit card, when granted, will be submitted to the bank usually on the same day, and will appear in about 15-60 days later, this varies bank to bank.
